Who Are Our Volunteers?
Rebuilding Together Clay County (RTCC) is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization. The RTCC board of directors organizes and plans year-round for Rebuilding Day, as they are strictly volunteers as well. The majority of our volunteers group together to complete essential home repairs, such as: replacing rotten flooring, fixing plumbing problems, restoring bathrooms, repairing dangerous conditions, painting worn siding, and more. Upon the completion of such tasks, RTCC volunteers carry with them a sense of accomplishment as they help to improve the lives of those in need. Regardless of your abilities and repair skills, all we require is the willingness to do a little manual work and contribute to our effort in any way possible.
All home repairs completed by RTCC are free or low-cost to clients as we rely on the generous support of our volunteers. RTCC welcomes volunteers from all types of organizations such as churches, businesses, civic organizations, schools, and others. We also welcome volunteers of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and various skills. We hope you will volunteer with us to make a positive impact in the lives of a neighbor in need.
Who Do We Help?
RTCC constantly strives to improve the living conditions for its clients who are physically or financially unable to maintain their own homes. Our volunteers give back to their community by offering their time and talents for the betterment of the less fortunate.
